CANCELLATION POLICY

When canceling an appointment, a 24-hour notice is required, otherwise resulting in a 75% charge. Deposits are non-refundable and can be transferred only once (ex. if you reschedule more than once, another deposit will need to be paid) Same-day cancellations and no-show appointments will be charged 75% of that service, and Deposit is forfeited. No future appointments will be made. (No exceptions) There is a 10 minute grace period - after 10 mins, your appointment will be cancelled. and you will not receive a refund. You may schedule a new appointment with a new deposit. [TERMS & POLICIES ] NO GUESTS: No children, pets, or additional guests are allowed in the studio due to hazardous materials and cross-contamination. Drivers may wait in their car, drop you off and pick you up. NO REFUNDS: We do our best to ensure complete satisfaction with service. If you are unhappy for any reason, we can talk about the options available. 📌 Appointment Confirmation Policy Appointments must be confirmed within 24 hours of your scheduled time. If not confirmed, your appointment will be canceled, your deposit forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to rebook.
